Meet the Team
Susannah Brade-Waring, MSc, BSc
Managing Director, Business Growth Facilitator, and Coach
Optimistic, positive, engaging, supportive, focused and challenging - I love life and creating my own success and encourage others to do the same.
I was a Finance Director of a waste technology business when I discovered the power of coaching to engage, motivate and influence, and to achieve greater business and personal performance together.
Today my key role is to ensure our clients achieve significant and lasting results through our work, and to design and deliver many of the toolkits and coaching solutions. I’m also responsible for the philosophy and strategy of the business, ensuring it’s strong in finances, focus, resources and passion.
I’m a Senior Practitioner in Motivational Maps, an Accredited Mindshop Facilitator, a qualified coach, a Clarity4D Practitioner, and ‘Mindshop’s Rising Star for Europe 2017/18’.
Heath's motivated by bringing people together to weave collaborative relationships between customers, peers and our team.
Heath’s key role is leading our Support Crew and managing our product offering of Motivational Maps, Clarity4D and online learning.
With over 30 years’ experience in sales, proposals and key account management, Heath’s passionate about delivering great service to both our clients and our team of over 150 global Motivational Map Practitioners.
Heath’s greatest loves are family, food and mountain biking. At weekends, you’ll either find him in the kitchen creating tasty dishes or cycling around the Dorset coast on his beloved mountain bike (usually with friends, food and a few beers).
Associate Trainer and Facilitator
Prior to joining our team as an Associate, Janell was the Vice President of HR within the Aviation sector, where she implemented People strategy, managed organisational change programmes and coached managers to become more effective leaders. With nearly 20 years’ experience in HR, Janell has worked at both operational and strategic levels within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Services industries.
Janell delivers some of our leadership and management programmes and works alongside Susannah to support our clients to become more effective leaders. She is a Licensed Hogan Psychometric and Motivational Maps Practitioner and Chartered member of the CIPD.
Janell is originally from South Africa and is a keen Springbok rugby supporter. She is married to Craig and they have a young daughter, Mikayla. When she is not working, Janell enjoys spending time with her family, walking, reading and preparing food to enjoy with friends and family.
Kyle Brade-Waring, BSc
The Digital Overlord
Kyle governs the digital side of the business; from website design and deployment, to video creation and editing for marketing materials for Aspirin Business and Motivated Performance.
Kyle recently completed a Biological Sciences degree at the University of Brighton, researching bioartificial liver support systems, devices that function like dialysis machines for the liver. Now, he is a full-time member of the team.
Kyle grew up in Mansfield, moving to Dorset with his family in 2010. He spent a year in East Asia, volunteering in schools in Malaysia and Cambodia, and now lives in Brighton with his partner, Georgia, and their hamster, Persimmon.
